WNY Runs for Heroes 5k Race and Healthwalk

The 2010 5k Run and Healthwalk will be held Delaware Park’s Parkside Lodge and Ring Road. Festivities include the race/walk at 10:00 a.m. followed by a post picnic. Honoring WNY’s firefighters, police officers, and ECMC physicians, nurses emergency & lifesavers.

Starting Time: 10 AM

Event packet pickup Saturday & Registration October 16, 2010, 8:30 am to 9:45 AM Parkside Lodge & Ring Road

• T-shirt for all adult Runners & Walkers

• Awards

• Post event picnic at Parkside Lodge.

Entry Fee: $20 – Pre-Registration
$22 – Day of Event

$5 – Children under 12
