Horse-drawn carriages have come back to Delaware Park on Sunday afternoons for romantic and scenic tours along the lush Delaware Park and the historic and tree-lined Lincoln Parkway, Soldiers Circle, Gates Circle and Bidwell Parkway

Preservation Buffalo Niagara is teaming up with the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site to present an exciting new event: a self-guided, “go at your own pace” tour of the Delaware Avenue and Oakland Place neighborhood.

On most weekends throughout the summer and fall, Buffalo Niagara RIVERKEEPER connects you to the water with Buffalo Niagara River Tours. RIVERKEEPER provides a variety of hiking, biking, paddling, and boat tours, throughout Erie and Niagara counties, led by knowledgeable docents.

Experience the beauty of the Buffalo and Niagara River ecosystems, watch for birds and wildlife in the heart of the City of Buffalo, and learn about what’s happening along the water’s edge.

The Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site preserves the Ansley Wilcox House in Buffalo, New York, where Theodore Roosevelt became the 26th President of the United States on September 14, 1901.
