The Buffalo Zoo is offering a "High Five For the Military" discount on the
Veterans Day, November 11, 2010.

Members of the United States military and their group of up to six people will be admitted to the Zoo for $5.00 total. A valid military ID must be presented at the admission gates to receive discount. The Buffalo Zoo thanks you for your service!

Scrooge Is Back for the 28th Season!
Alleyway Theatre in Buffalo’s Historic Theatre District will present the 28th annual production of Charles Dickens’ A CHRISTMAS CAROL, adapted and directed by Neal Radice, December 9-19, 2010. The holiday classic is the third production of Alleyway Theatre’s thirty first season dedicated to producing new plays.

This international contemporary art exhibition is a curatorial collaboration between twelve of Western New York’s museums and galleries showcasing the work of over 100 extraordinary artists from the Buffalo Niagara region and beyond. Works in an expansive range of media, all connected under a common theme, Alternating Currents, will be on display beginning with the Beyond | In WNY Opening Weekend September 24–26, and extending through the end of 2010.

The Buffalo Bills are a professional American football team based in Buffalo, New York. They play their home games at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, and since 2008 have played one home game per season in Toronto. They are members of the East Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The Bills began competitive play in 1960 as a charter member of the American Football League and joined the NFL as part of the AFL-NFL merger.
