The Buffalo Bills are a professional American football team based in Buffalo, New York. They play their home games at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, and since 2008 have played one home game per season in Toronto. They are members of the East Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The Bills began competitive play in 1960 as a charter member of the American Football League and joined the NFL as part of the AFL-NFL merger.

The LOC Fall Derby starts August 20th and runs through September 6th and this year should produce some very large salmon! The event encompasses all of Lake Ontario and you can weigh in your catch at locations from Wilson in Niagara county in the west to Henderson Harbor in Jefferson County on the east end.

The 2010 Mercedes-Benz North Americans will be hosted by Fleet 73 at the Buffalo Yacht Club. 

The Buffalo Sabres are a professional hockey team based in Buffalo, New York. They are members of the Northeast Division of the Eastern Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL).

2010 will mark the 128th annual Royal Canadian Henley Regatta. Come and join in the celebrations, be a part of Henley tradition.

Since the "Henley" settled in St. Catharines in 1903, it has grown to become the largest of its kind in North America. In 2009, over 2,800 men and women from over 150 rowing clubs competed for Henley Gold at Martindale Pond.

Billed as one of the largest freshwater sailboat races in the country, each July the Youngstown Level Regatta attracts sailors from two nations to the water and Youngstown. Traditionally, nearly 60 percent of the sailors hail from Canada. Hosted by the Youngstown Yacht Club, the Regatta brings hundreds of boats to Lake Ontario for the two-day event. Five race courses are situated out on the lake. Approximately 300 sailboats representing many classes will race for prizes in their divisions.

The Empire State Summer Games is the largest competition of its kind in the nation. It's a multi-sport event for amateur athletes, patterned after the Olympic program. Athletes must be residents of the State of New York. Following competition (Regional Trials) in each of six regions of New York State, winners numbering some 6,000 will participate in finals competition.

Held in Niagara Square and along Delaware Avenue, Buffalo's 2010 Gus Macker 3-ON-3 Basketball Tournament will be held on June 26th and June 27th. Beginning at 8:30 each morning, it is expected that over 1,000 games will be played over the two days.
